Fenella graduated from Edinburgh University in 2011. After that, she worked at a variety of small animal practices around the UK, before settling in South Wales in 2014.

Fenella loves all species, but has a particular fondness for cats. To solidify this passion, she gained an extra certificate in Feline Practice in 2019. In 2022 she became a Fear Free Certified Professional and is currently the only Vet in South Wales with this certification. Fenella is also currently a council member of the Welsh Branch of the BVA and the BSAVA.

When not at work, Fenella enjoys playing netball, watching rugby, baking, reading, or relaxing with her cat Oscar.
